Description
The Chikarax Akai swimming buoy has a capacity of 10 liters.
Many swimmers find it more comfortable to use a small swim buoy.
Despite the smaller size, the bright color makes you extra visible during your open water swimming sessions.

< SAFETY AND VISIBILITY >
To swim safely in the open water, it is important to think about your safety. Hence the bright color! If you do not have the opportunity to swim with someone or in a group, we recommend using a swim buoy at all times. This is because it makes you highly visible to other water sports enthusiasts who are also on or in the water at the same time.
< COMPACT SIZE >
The Akai has a smaller size and is therefore even easier to handle, providing even less wind and water resistance. Despite the smaller size, all the functions of the buoy remain the same only this buoy is slightly easier to store.
< ADJUSTABLE DOUBLE STRAP >
You attach the swim buoy around your waist with the double adjustable strap. And the extension strap keeps the buoy out of your swimming range, so you won't be bothered by the buoy or feel like you're pulling a heavy object with you while swimming.
< HANDLE >
On the bottom of the swim buoy is a sturdy handle. Here you can easily hold, lift or carry the buoy.
<CRAMP >
Another important function - besides safety and visibility - is in a situation when you cramp up, are tired or can't continue swimming for a while. Then you can hang onto the buoy to regain your breath or rest for a while. Then you can continue swimming or wait for help from the shore who, because of the bright color of the buoy, can see exactly where you are.
< INSTRUCTIONS >
1. Use the mouthpiece to inflate the buoy.
2. Then inflate the upper compartment with the other nozzle.
3. Attach the extension of the waist strap to the clip located at the end of the swim buoy
< TIP >
Store the swim buoy in a dry area and avoid sharp objects. For extra safety/security, place your electronic items and valuables in a waterproof phone case or waist bag and then in the dry bag.
