Quick delivery
We have a large stock on all items and all product groups and will make every effort to ship your order as soon as humanly possible. After the payment has been completed, about 90% of all shipments will be sent within 24 hours. The others will be sent as soon as possible. We will keep you informed if your article is (temprarily) not available.

Depending on the country of residence, your order will be shipped with UPS, GLS, FedEx, DPD or DHL. After your order has been picked up for delivery, you will receive an email with your track and trace code.

Free worldwide delivery
Free worldwide delivery above €100,-. The shipping costs are totally free in The Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Czech Republic, France, Deutschland, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovakia and Slovenia. For all other countries we will calculate up to €39,- shipping costs.

2 weeks thinking period
You may cancel the agreement without giving a reason during 14 days after receiving the item(s). If you've received item(s) and you don't want to keep them for any reason or you want to change the item(s), fill out the exchanges and returns form on our website and return the goods within 14 days to us and we'll give you a full refund for the cost of the item(s) (not applicable to business or commercial customers). Returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition. Once we've received them back, we will process the refund. Don't forget to supply us with your bankaccount infomation. All returns must have a copy of the email communication with our customers service or a copy of the exchanges and returns form.

If you have a complaint about a product or service or you want to use your right of withdrawal? The BTTLNS team battles hard to accommodate all of our Battalyans' expectations of our products and to give the best advice and support.

You must return the product to us in stamped envelopes. The package must be properly packaged and provided with a copy of your purchase invoice. We would appreciate it if you would like to mention the reason of return. However, this is completely without obligations for you and not required.

You may only do what is necessary to judge whether you want to keep the product. This means the state of the packaging must be as original as possible and an undamaged product. We will credit the full purchase amount and the shipping costs of the forwarding paid by you as soon as possible, yet within the legal term of 30 days.
